Chargebacks and Disputes

  • To protect against unauthorized chargebacks:
    • You agree to contact us at contact@naileditrange.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
    • Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first may result in the permanent termination of your customer account.
    • We reserve the right to provide evidence, including receipts, communications, and proof of delivery, to dispute any chargeback claims.

Memberships and Subscriptions

  • Memberships and subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By signing up, you authorize Nailed It to charge your payment method automatically.
  • Cancellation requests must be made 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

Limitation of Liability

  • Nailed It is not responsible for damages arising from misuse of our products or services.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
